Learn the basics of Petit Point by stitching small samples on canvas and silk gauze to decide which you prefer to work on. You will then be able to select your individual project from a collection of rare vintage petit point kits to start your main project.

Use scraps of different fabrics to build your landscape. The pieces will be held in place with different stitches. Other embellishing includes embroidered flowers, bits of lace and sheers.
